The Internet of Things (IoT) is known by the acronym IoT. IoT enables the connection of machines to the internet, transforming them into intelligent devices capable of exchanging information in real-time.
When we refer to IoT, we are talking about all kinds of objects and devices with computational and web connectivity capabilities. These objects, with or without active human involvement, can provide data related to their operation and the surrounding world. They can also receive and store information, thus creating conditions for the development of a smart world where everything is in communication with everything and everyone.
